To build-up an accurate picture of the capability and potential of the whole HR community, departments will be assessing their HR employees over the summer period as part of a programme called ASPIRE. The results of this work will help the whole Civil Service HR community understand the ability and skills of staff and will enable the HR profession to identify the areas where development needs to take place.
